This is the first time I had cold and soar throat for a longer time ( 2 weeks) and it was very painful, and my doctor's prescribed me with cefixime for 5 days and later levofloxacin for another 5 days and dompan for 5 days although the pain is completly gone, my throat is kind of partially pink and still some parts are red is it fine to wait for more days to see if it clears up or do I need to take it seriously

Congestion after resolved acute throat infection is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain or difficulty in swallowing no specific treatment is required. You can do salt water gargling
