Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain in throat. FIrst I thought it was tonsil but it's not. It is like knot which moves from left to right to center. I took antibiotics and gargled with salt water. Green mucus is coming out with blood spots. It has been a week. It hurts in swallowing.

My throat are tirdeness and feel like a store bulgum in my throat sometime pained in my stomuch is this acidity problem

I'm almost on day 3 of a constant ringing in my left ear. Mostly it's enough to just be annoying but occasionally it'll get to the point louder noises can cause tenderness. I've had a off and on headache along with it that's pretty mild. I'm a 23 year male.

I have had a razor blade pain in my throat for 4-5 days now. I have been resting and have been gargling salt water. As well as having dissolvable aspirin. I can barely swallow and when I do - I get pain through my ears. I can’t eat or drink because it is too sore. I am also having trouble breathing as when I inhale, it hurts my throat. Please help.
