Every night while I go to bed I feel that my nose is blocked and use Vick's. I am addicted to Vick's Because of this. Is there a permanent solution to this? Also my ear feels itchy. And the back of my ear has been paining since few hours. Please help

My son suffering from wax iching problem since many days..i used dewax..and took him to ent..one said use dewax..other said not to use dewax since it will damage ear..gave some nasal drop which was a not for kids as metioned on the medicine..plz suggest is it advisable to use dewax and removing wax..as my child is just four years..
