Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm having giddiness every now and then for the past six months.  This march i got my vit D and b12 checked and they're 8 and 220 respectively. Very less when compared to normal values. I've been using the supplements for the past 1 month and I find no difference. I still feel giddiness, pain, depression. Unable to concentrate on my work as I'm always tensed on this. I have started taking fish, oranges ,milk and also sun light ... Still giddiness is there sometimes, how long it will take to recover.. I have sinusitis problem also and I have undergone fess surgery also 2 weeks back... Is this giddiness can be improved once my vitamin levels reaches normal level? .. Please help me on this as I am planning get married..

I was having good nose but 4 years back because of trolly bag which get down on my nose from upper shelf. My nose got hurt and its shape got change it doesn't look straight till now ...I want to make it look straight anyhow its looks bad when u have zigzag nose.. please suggest the way?

Not able to eat food and drink because of pain in throat. The pain is from  side part till the ear. Please prescribe proper medication

I'm having a bad cough from a week. I've tried some cough syrup but it's not working. I'm having kind of wet cough. It started while I was having cold for about two or three days. Also sometimes there is pain in my throat which lasts for an hour or so. Please suggest me some kind of medicine.

5 years back i had a  ear(left) opertion in hyderabad,but now i am feeling uneasy in my left ear (like somthing moving in my ear).
