Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have a cough from more than 20days please confirm this problem handle by which doctor ENT specialist or Pumologyst​

I am currently in Poland and will be there for one month and it's very cold here. However I have sore throat and when I cough hard find some blood spots and blocked nose when I try to clean the block finding some blood. Is this a serious medical reasons. Please advise

I've suffering from cough because of crooked curve nose it effects when smoke or dust or when in the  kitchen cooking time cough will come so please give me a medicine

Is lymphadentis tb is spread from one to another person by any medium.it is in my neck Is it transmited to another.

2 weeks ago I went to the er with a fever no voice with a sore throat. They didn't do blood tests but the doctor said I have pharyngitis. I was given pills for 4 days and a caugh med.s. I now have pain on the back of my toung and my tonsils. the pain starts early morning and at night.

I used akt 4 from 2 days.4 tablets is taken daily is any medicine for tb that is used only one tablet daily

I just had an infection and i took antibiotic , i just finished it few days ago now i feel sore throat i am afraid it is strep infection but there is no fever i can eat and drink with tolearable pain shall i get another course of antibiotic or continue with homeopathic treatment ........ also my son just finished his course of antibiotic yesterday because of strep infection, canhe catch it again from me if i have it ?

My voice is disorder from 1 month.i showed mny doctor suggested me not to talk n avoid oilly food. N said there is adduction gap n swoiling.gave me 2 week medicine bt still same.Is it a serious case should i go ahead to another bst dctr..how long does it remain.
