Ent specialist dr sastry garu suggest pan d tablet in throat infection problem.i think ie used for gastic problems.please clarification my doubt

He may have suspected reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder which sometimes can mimic throat infection. If that is the case then pan d is the treatment
