Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I ve shore throat and my uvula constantly enlarge a little particularly in the morning.my upper head hair roots paining.I had a ct scan which shows mild DNS,mild sinusitis and nasal polyps. Is it the reason?

Whenever I eat something running nose were starting insteadliy not only with spicy food but what ever i eat.

In what case a doctor would not suggest a surgery and suggests a hearing aid. What might be the intensity of problem. How serious is it?

I am facing severe pain in my ear since last night, i tried washing it, apply warm clothe to it but nothing helps. My ear feels like that it has been blocked by some debris or swelling. No puss is coming out of ear but the pain is very much severe.

Inside the left ear some unusual sound is coming and because of that reason slow hearing. No pain is there.
