Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having throat infection for past 2 days and it comes frequently after 1 or 2 months. From previous 2 years. What should i do?

3 Feb 2018, I feel like irritiation in my throat, which was continue for 2 days. Then it turn into a cough and now it is older then 7 weeks.

I am spitting fresh blood in small amount from the throat. Right now I am on medication for COPD, x-ray shows smoky lungs. I have never smoked, neither am I alcoholic. I am not losing weight, neither do I have fever. I am on antibiotics and cough syrup but I am not sure. I spit blood at night, after 10 maybe and in very small amount, bright red colour, which goes on its own within minutes. The doctor I consulted did an x-ray and basic blood tests. I am very worried about my condition. Could this be life threatening?

Its been few months I am suffering from cough ,I have consulted many doctors but of no use ,I feel good and don't suffer from cough when I am on my medicinal course prescribed by the doctor ,but when the medicine finishes the cough starts again ,I am fed up of this please help me out . Thank you.
