Can I take cod liver oil capsule and sinarest tablet at same time. And also the cold became chronic disease for me. Any permanent solution for this?.

Hi, Chronic sinus infection for 3+ months after a really bad upper respitory infection. It has gotten better but VERY slightly mainly feel that I am “spaced out” and that I’m living in a dream almost. I have heard that 70% of your immunity lies in your gut so I have been taking 1ltr of kefir per day due to the probiotics. What if I actually snorted this kefir up my nose And into my sinuses?
