Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got my nose pierced with a gun like 4 5 weeks ago. I'm very sensitive to metals so the piercing after a few days started hurting. I removed it and put neem stick and put warm compress too. The place where I got it pierced gave me piercing gel to use and I apply that but it's really swollen a lot now and has pus. The skin looks pushed up and it's like an abscess on the inside of the nose. What should I do? It bleeds too.
