Feeling weakness in body and light pain in the nerves of temple and all arround the neck when i move my neck toward right or left

You seem to be suffering from cervical myofacial pain which usually occurs secondary to chronic neck Mal position. You may need to take painkillers and hot compresses. Physiotherapy may also be required
