Can't able hear clearly in left hear. Left ear was pain before one month. But now there is no pain but hearing is less when compared to right ear hearing

There are many causes for hearing loss such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, otosclerosis, Impacted wax etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
