5-6 days ago I got infected with flu-high fever ,fatigueness, followed by left ear clogged since then I can't hear like usual to the full efficiency ,if I'm doing that exercise like preferred by most of you of blowing air out of the nose by closing mouth and nose ,then I hear a sound in the same ear ,feel a little annoyed and a 2-3 times pain in the same ear after that , what is it? Any medication recommendations?

Probably a eustachian tube dysfunction..you can have a middle.ear infection also. Do not blow by closing mouth and nose - Not recommended when you have cold.

Because of the flu your eustachian tube would have been blocked leading to these ear Symptoms.
You can try using otrivine drops then doing the valsalva maneuver or nasal sprays and then doing the same.
Anti histamine like levocet at night will also help
