Loss of smell and taste
Sir I have lost my smell and taste last 4 years my ENT dr. Said you should go for surgery what should I do I have attached my CT-SCAN of PNS please suggest me Thank you

Your CT scan reports are suggestive of bilateral nasal polyposis which can be the reason for loss of sense of smell. Since your polyps are not very extensive initial treatment with steroids and anti Histamines can be tried before going ahead with surgery
