Metallic taste in mouth
Whenever i sneeze my mouth gets a metallic taste(blood like) accompanied by dizziness , facial pain ,abdominal pain and nausea.

It is expected after an occasional sneeze to have a slight alteration in sense of smell. The other symptoms suggest other dormant conditions which reveal themselves triggered by the sneeze.
You need a thorough evaluation for cause of sneeze & a general check up.
