My prostate is enlarged as per doctors report,and I don't know what happend to my taste buds they always giving me salty taste

I suggest you consult your Urologist to treat the prostate enlargement. As for the salty taste, it could be side effects from certain medication. Your urologist will guide you better on this issue.
