Frequent Ear ringing & blackout
I'm experiencing frequent whistle like sound in my ears and blackout for ~5 seconds. Earlier it used to happen when I bend down bit now it has increased a lot and start anytime with any movement.

You need hearing assessment and MRI of brain. Consult with your ent surgeon.
