Constant pain behind ear.
I have been experiencing pain and swelling behind my ear for quite sometime but very occasionally after eating or while eating food( for few years now)
I have been ignoring this
But since a week now i have pain behind ear n swelling( not huge swell a small swelling) but it is constant from a week now.
Earlier it would happen at the time of eating and swelling would be huge.
This time it has notihng to do with eating
It is not happening at the time of eating
It’s constant now.

It could be a parotid swelling . Consult with your ent surgeon or head and neck surgeon
