Bumps at back of throat
Hello I have had tonsillitis for about 10 years now and about 7-9 years ago I have gotten my tonsils shrunk. I sometimes get some white things in my tonsils when I'm sick but recently I have noticed bumps and lumps at the back of my throat and surrounding the tonsils as well as some white line to the far left of my throat. It also appears to be going down deep down my throat but I don't know as I can't look that far down. I also feel like every time I breathe in my throat feels a little narrow.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal and called as keratosis pharyngeus. Usually no specific treatment is required. You may even be having granular pharyngitis which appears as pinkish bumps in the back of pharynx. You may need to take treatment for reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
