Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from cough and throat infection from last 5 days. I tied some home therapy but no result.

I smoke occasionally. whenever I smoke I have pain innone side of my ear and neck which extends to my arm sometimes.  when I don't smoke the pain doesn't occur. I visited a dentist recently and found that my wisdom tooth is inclined and not in line. could the pain be because of this? or is it something else? my lymph nodes also swell up when I smoke more than 2-3 cigarettes. What tests should I get done?

Throughout the years my throat would randomly feel as though it is tightening up. It makes me want to gag and I'm unsure if it's an anxiety problem but I really need this to stop. It feels like my throat is close to everything and I also get dizzy. The feeling of being moved around when I'm still or close my eyes. Kind of like being swayed around in the water.

Am suffering from pharyngitis. Is it related to curd consumption? Note- I had had pharyngitis previously. No doctor told me to stop curd consumption. Only restriction was not to intake cold food ever. Am confused.

Starting 2 days ago my tongue began to feel heavy and like there is a pulling sensation underneath it. Throughout the day yesterday my voice got more hoarse and family pointed out my speech sounded slow- like I had a drag to each word. I taken akt 4 from 4 days but in my body small pimples type red spot started in my whole body its itchy i think its reaction from any of the medicine.what is your idea about that
