Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a red rash on the roof of my mouth. It's not sore. It doesn't itch or burn.

It's been two days after swimming still I have air locked in my right ear. Please help. I tried drying up the ears but of no use

I am having chronic cough from 3 months and occasionally I get cold. In the morning the coffee is less but at night the cough increases. I am under high BP medication.

I was a smoker before and last month I've been diagnosed with LPRD with chronic granular pharyngitis after the laryngoscopy. I was taking neksium since 40 days and the granules in my pharynx has reduced 80% now and also the post nasal drip and cough has reduced a lot now but still present but the irritation in the larynx and pharynx like burning sensation is still present along with sensation of some mass in throat and pain at times inside throat at different places at different time. Even in last two days while burping I felt like something same near the throat and then the throat became totally dry and scratchy for a very long time then. So should I continue the neksium tab or pan-d for better results? Are they the symptoms of lpr or anything else serious? Can it be due to less acid presence or high acid? Laryngoscopy shows that red dilated vessels has reduced now. Kindly help me to get better.

If a girl is having a mild hearing problem and she uses a hearing aid sometimes when she feels like using can it be permanent in coming future and can it get Transferred to her baby even if there is no family history for such disease

I was a smoker before and I have throat irritation since 2 months now for which I met an ENT specialist who told me after endoscopy of throat that it's silent reflux (lpr) and granular pharyngitis and asked me to take neksium 40 days ago. Now last week I met him he saw my throat again he told me that the dilated vessels in the larynx has reduced significantly and granules also reduces a lot. But I still had pain. As I was very very tensed about cancer he assured me there's nothing like cancer and simply asked me to continue neksium. I am still unable to take that thought out of my mind don't know why and unable to focus on work. Yesterday I started feeling like there's a nodule in my neck and also bit of pain but mom and dad said it's just due to my worry there's no nodule there. I'm not sure what to do. Even I'm sneezing since yesterday a lot. What should I do kindly help😔 I'm not able to focus properly because of this problem as it has extended over 2 months now
