Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello. I am suffering with ulcer in my throat. However I keep on doing gargle. I am taking Bicasule 2 a day since 5 days. But I am not able to get rid of this problem. Whenever I take medicine the ulcer vanish after an hour. But whenever I eat something like vegetables or anything which have red chilli powered, after few hours I start feeling itching kind of thing. And ulcer as well.

I have earwax buildup in my ear and was given sodium bicarbonate to soften the wax. The problem is my ear has become completely clogged and it’s difficult to hear because of the drops. Is this normal?

There is a swollen in my nose and also an unknown small type of pain in my food pipe or heart it's in the center like something is

Ears drum ruptured 50-60 % after being slapped. Consulted a doctor and given multivitamins for 10 days and some pain killer . Will it get healed naturally or any treatment required ??

I have been having nose block since two weeks. I had consulted local doctor for two times and they prescribed nasal drops and one cetrizine tab 10 mg at Bedtime. Since medicines are being empty symptoms are not reduced. If put drops or take steam it will help only for 5 mints... Nose block will start at afternoon at night it will become very heavy...it will last till morning... Please suggest me something....I fed up with this
