Actually diifculty in breathing but hemoglobin is within normal .one sided nose is blocked,inspiring with mouth only...no allery and no recurrent cold problem.

One of the commonest cause for one sided nose block is deviation of nasal septum or the partition between both nostrils...other causes include nasal polyp...visit an ent for a checkup...if its deviation of septum is significant then it needs to be corrected surgically
