Left nostril is blocked
Left nostril is blocked from last few months. The alternate nostril breathing of nasal cycle is not happening. Only able to inhale and exhale through right one.
If the right nostril is blocked by pressing with fingers only then does the left nostril work but other times its blocked.
Please help !
