Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having cold and cough from last 15 days. In between , sometimes I feel better but today my cough increased. I have tried ayurvedic cough syrup. Also taken some allopathy cough syrup.

Treatment needed for my eustachian tube. It remains pasted and there is a significant hearing loss in left ear. Mucus comes out always and there is breathing sound with pain. I hear in right ear but it also closes during seasonal changes with no pain but same breathing sound. Right ear hearing comes back fully after exercises and medicines.

For the last 2-3 weeks..i am having some irritational vibration in my right ear..there is almost no pain..it is neither flowing out..but this vibartion irritates..can you please suggest me some medicines.

Impression: reactive lymphoid aspirate Advice : excision if clinically suspicious for Koch's What does this report means??? Please advise... I've sinus problem and frequently have sinus block in nose or forehead. Then even my throat gets blocked and I can't speak for a day or two. Again antibiotics have to be given every 45 days for this condition. Please suggest me a remedy.
