Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I started akt 4 from 10 days but my fever does not goes it comes daily at night and it is less or more but always fever all day.what can i do

Shock like pain on left side of throat which lasts for 10 seconds or so. Alleviates during talking or laughing. Feels like lump in throat. No pain while swallowing. I have this for the past one month. Was under homoeopathic treatment. Was getting better but started deteriorating after the prescribed course. I also feel a sense of gastric problem. As I always keep burping during the pain and discomfort. Kindly help

Please can you advice medicines for curing throat infection caused due to thonsilles. I have been having severe pain in my throat and ear due to the infection.

I went to buy a hearing aid .the hearing aid dealer took an impression of my ear. I have some perforation in ear drum ...he inject the material into my ear..and when he removed that material I feel pain and blocking of canal.when he checked that found a bit of material stuck in to canal. Today I went for CT scan and found the material into my middle ear..so please suggest me what to do? The best hospital for treatment? While we go for an surgery,is there any chance of any complication and while removing the material abutting the incus and stapes ,is there any chance of damage of these bones?

Weird sensation in throat,normal after hiccups no problem while swallowing food but rare weird feeling while drinking water

Had earwax removal from ent doctor.doctor used Sharp instrument to remove wax and after removal she insterted some pipe type instrument which created a huge sound in my ear.it had been passed 25 days still facing some pain but NOT severe.worried if pipe like instrument insterted injured my eardrum.1) if the pipe touched my eardrum will there be huge pain on the spot? 2) symptoms of ear drum hole?
