But I'm suffering pain since 1 year throat in tonsil problems what I do plz help

My son who is having lot of snoring everyday and suffers from cold, cough and fever when there is slight climate change. One of the doctors told us to get x-ray and see if there is adenoid problem. Recently we visited an Ent specialist who advised for an adenoid surgery. I wanted to check is it advisable to go for surgery for a kid of 5 years. If yes what hospital you recommend
