Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a blister on the helix part of my ear. It does not hurt and I did it by burning my ear on curlers. What should I do?

I have not wore the earrings from last two month and then my ear hole is block half I tried to insert a neem stick with some force I did it but after that it got swelledup started bleeding and pus coming out

From October to November I had nose bleeds every day. Then from November to now I’ve had the still very frequent. Yesterday it was bleeding from 20mins straight. And I get occasional bleeding from my ears. My ENT and ER doctor can not find the source of bleeding. Yes I use a humidifier and saline spray.
