Sir have have redness in the throat from last one month I take all medication, but it doesn't disappear. What should I do

Hi, I have diagnosed dehiscence of lateral semicircular canal recommend to do surgery as per advice I have done ear surgery radical mastorid in the last month now it's 83 days but after surgery still I am feeling unsteadiness and ear discharge with smell, my doctor suggested to use cooking vinegar actic acid 2%, but discharge is there with smell. Its making me scare as what will be happen.

My sister developed "saddle nose" after being hospitalized a few years back.She's already seen an EENT MD and did a  CT scan but the MD wasn't able to help her or at least tell her the cause.Need help figuring out what to do next and how much a rhinoplasty would be, if she's to have one. My mother's FNAC reports says "Smears are moderately cellular showing follicular epithelial cells arranged in large sheets.Background show cyst macrophages and colloid impression - suggestive of Benign thyroid lesson (Bethesda Category II)" I understand it's a king of benign tumor removed.so my question is what treatment ww should take now.please suggest

I hit my ear with ear bud I went to the doctor he told me that there is a wound in the ear drum it will heal by it self and prescribed me antibiotics..but my problem is pain in the ear and throat and is it necessary to keep cotton in the ear always
