I have granulated pharynx since last 2 months and I've been taking neksium and then pan-d since 2 months. Also I got some throat infection due to cold water due to which I had regular coughing. My pain has reduces but coughing has increased since I consumed cold water and my granules are not reduces. What can I do for that? Should I continue pan-d? My neck pain and stiffness was since a week but after I had cold water the pain also increased. It's not cancer right? Are those granul s dangerous? I've consulted two ENT specialists who have done laryngoscopy also and both said it's due to Reflux. Help me out please.

Granular pharyngitis can occur because of various reasons such as reflux laryngopharyngitis, post nasal discharge syndrome, smoking, alcohol etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. It is not related to cancer
