I've granular pharyngitis since 3 months and the ent specialist suspected it to be due to acid reflux. The pain and irritation has reduced but the granules is still visible. What can I do to improve it? I've been following small and non spicey diets 4 to 5 times a day and I walk for 15 minutes after very meal but yet not resolved. Kindly help! I am very stressed can it be something very serious? My aunty was diagnosed with cancer a week ago so everyone is so tensed about me but the doc always says it's normal and takes even a year to get better in many cases.
P.S: I have attached the image of my pharynx area I clicked today only. And the whitish area is the cough which I feel is constantly present also sometimes more sometimes less

You need to get your sinuses scanned(NCCT-PNS). There is obvious post nasal purulent discharge that needs to be treated. Get back to me via teleconsultation option on this app and I will then help you out.
