I am having granular pharyngitis at the back of my throat... I have tried antibiotics twice but it doesn't help....what should i do i m really worried

So who diagnosed it's granular pharyngitis?
And you took twice means what?
Twice a day for the whole course of only twice as in two tablets?.
And may i know which all antibiotics have you tried?
And who suggested you to take antibiotics?
