I have this uneven lump in mouth with few dots for last 6 months. Went to doctor said it was pharyngitis. It hasn't cured at all. Had ulcers in my mouth for quite some time went to lot of ent and dentists. It comes and goes away. They said that the ulcers are from traumatic biting but they come and go often. The acute pharyngitis makes me worry. Is it normal or not? Pls help
