I have pharyngitis from 3 months

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Doctor checked and told that its Pharyngitis. I took cefuroxime, amoxicilin, montelucast. But still didn't cure. I feels like something stuck in my throat also visible red dots in pharynx wall as well. My RBC report is regular. Please advise.
