Observe Voice rest(Maun Vrat) for 4 weeks. That should resolve the vocal nodules. Endoscopic minimally invasive surgery should restore the upper airway airflow irregularity. Subsequently Intranasally administered medicines should heal your nose, paranasal sinuses and throat.
