Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have acute bronchitis infection it causing my stomach to be sore. And nausea my coffing is horrible ..

For the pass two weeks I have had loud pitch ringing in my ears with pressure, also pressure in my head. What is wrong?

I had ear pain in my left ear and slight swelling near ear area (previous month I had throat infection)used soliwax drops for 2days (which I'm not using now) and still pain persisted yesterday I visited ent. He has given me vetory sp and cefozyt CV 325mg now I'm having pain in my ear and swelling and for 20-25min I had a bit high temp. Should I approach the doctor or complete the course.
