If I smoke more than 5 cigrate it starts burning in my throat . Normally I used to take antibiotics . Issue resolved . This time again it started. when there is no lubrication in throat it hurts to hard but if I drink water or tea it feels little better . What it can be ?

I smoke occasionally. whenever I smoke I have pain innone side of my ear and neck which extends to my arm sometimes.  when I don't smoke the pain doesn't occur.
