Approx two months my cough problem are continuing but now it's lesser than before. I feel very uneasy.

There are many causes for chronic cough such as allergic airway disorder, post viral cough, reflux laryngopharyngitis, post nasal discharge syndrome etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
