My son is having a cough for 4 months
My son has been coughing for more than 4 months we showed many pediatricians but the medicines are not suitable, and we showed him to the pulmonologist and they prescribed some inhalers  and nasal spray we used for some time the cough was reduced ,for few days but now due to bad weather the cough was increased and we admitted him hospital,they gave nebulization and nasal drop and nasal spray, after  few days of discharge the cold came back now currently he his having cold ,cough and fever and ear pain , we showed him to pediatrician they have paracetamol syrup and cold syrup but it is not reducing , continuously having the running nose and getting dru cough due to this cold , we don't know , what to do please suggest.

He might have some allergy related issues in the nose and sinuses which triggers the cough .visit an ENT specialist
