Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I do have BPPV as whenever I turn my head back towards the left I feel spinning and disbalance. I have visited 2 doctors, first one said there is no medicine for this problem and gave some test and the second one gave me valium 2 and Vertin 24 for 15 days and then to do 2 tests. Second doctor also perform Epley Maneuver once and told me to do it at home. Actually I work 2-3days weekly at night as my work comes from different time zones. So doctor suggested me to not stay whole night. Now my concern is when will this problem leave me as m really worried about this as I can't even enjoy my day and does the medicines work.? It's very difficult to live in such a manner and worried if anything serious happens or not.

Earlier unused to feel blocking in my left ear now I have started hearing  ringing in left ear, this has happened in last 10-15 days

At night when i sleep one nose get blocks its very irritating that too right side nose gets bloxk

I have hearing loss in my left ear. Generally i can't listen the normal conversation b/w people when i close my rights ears with my hand

Thanks for your advice, but I scared as this smelling yellow discharge from ear can be recurrence infections or what, this can be treated by medicine only. If you advice good VRT it will more help

Have been to doctors many times They said I m having urine infection then said throat infection..then typhiod...Finally one doctor said I m having severe cold.and prescribed me to take nasal drop fluticone two times a day and a motfx at night But still I m not feeling well unless I take sinarest My temperature is lying usually in between 98-99 I wanted to know if my body is addicted to sinarest
