Pus in my ear
2 days back, I inserted my finger rather hardly in my left ear. It happens due to some irritation which may be for a second. My finger might have damaged some thing inside. I have been having extremly bad and unbearable pain. I met a local doctor and he says there is pus inside and has prescribed me medicines. I can feel ample pus inside my ear and is giving discomfort, having trouble to listen aswell. Should the doctor be removing excess pus from my ear? Please reply.

The pus could be becuase of an active ongoing infection. It would be better to visit in person so that one can get a look into the ear to check whats going on inside as well as to clean and help in the management of your problem.
