I have used 7-7-7 drops of soliwax and my doctor has recommended 3-3-3 drops.. is there any side effects?? is that curable? i am 17.

Most of the time, my left nostril is clogged quite often. Some times it is hard to breathe. When my nose becomes dry, my throat feels as if something is stuck in my throat as if something is laying on the left side. Now the right is doing the same thing.

I have been feeling throat uneasiness for past two months. Throat get dry sometimes and its feel completely fine sometimes. But of the time this uneasiness in throat is always there.
