Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having problem with ear wax for a very long time. Hoping can get help/advice. Once i had cleared the wax but still having the aame issue or even worse now

Nasal blockage, sneezing, watery nose and itchy eyes, body heating, anxiety by dust, moisture, cool air, cool weather

My throat hurts really bad. Ir hurts me to swallow. The pain is unbereable. I cough up with a lot of pain to spit yellowish stuff. My head started to hurt too. Please advice

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from nose blood, when I put finger in nose then blood come out with wax and I can't breathing properly.

While exercising in few minutes I starts feeling like etching burning means I am not able to breath properly bcz of that feeling and feels like this feeling is moving till head while breathing and then my head starts paining a bit ..like there is some pressure in my head and yes now I get tired bit faster than before while exercising .... Hello Doctor sir/ma'am I'm S. S. C aspirant . I'm suffering from mouth ulcer since childhood. My liver is weak and poor digestion capacity. Currently I'm suffering from 9th April and i unable to taking food and can not speak properly. What should I do? I take drink occasionally (2-3 time in year).
