Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife has been using Benadryl syrup (not the dry cough)This is not available in the nearby stores. Her body is sensitive to medicines. Can anyone suggest an alternate. It's urgent.

I am feeling like something has been stuck under my tongue.I have been to a doctor and c said its nothing but a small ulcer and nipally kind of things. I am feeling like something is there under my tongue.though I am not suffering with any pain or swallowing issue while having food
