Blood coming from nose
In last 4 days blood coming out of my nose twice.. What's the reason & the solution.. After blow flow feeling very low & weak

Stop forcefully blowing your nose. Most of the time in younger adults it's either due to putting finger in the nose to clean or forceful blowing. Especially in extreme weather conditions the nose becomes dry and more prone to damage with minor trauma. Use steam inhalation to remove any mucus plugs instead of picking nose. The nasal lining skin will heal itself if further damage is not done. Using drops like oxymetazoline before steam will be of help
