I have cough from 3 years. Treated by asthama, post nasal drip medicines and medicine for allergies but till now no relief

Left ear pain from night I used a ear drops from four days I am going to swimming without ear plugsv

Throat pain to left since 2 months. Tried anti biotics but no belief. Also since last one month muscles pain to the left of my neck. Also since last 10 days ,mouth ulcer on my gum only. not heeling

I had swimmers ear about 3 weeks ago and I used the wrong ear drops but felt good progress, and then stared using the correct drops starting last Monday, and my ear no longer feels full, but there is ringing still in the ear, what do I do?

I am having sore throat whenever I wake up after sleeping since 2 months. I searched internet a little and found that it is when you sleep with your mouth open, but I don't sleep like that. After some time I was ok but then again it has started to happen. Now sore throat with cough happens when I wake up. I also drink plenty of water daily. I don't smoke or drink.
