Feeling weakness in body and light pain in the nerves of temple and all arround the neck when i move my neck toward right or left

For the last month I've been feeling tightening in my throat every day. At first I thought it was anxiety related but it's been happening every day in normal situations where I wasn't feeling anxious. I feel it at the beginning of my throat and down where my Adam's Apple would be if I was a man. I can also feel that tightening when I swallow. I constantly feel it...even when I'm not doing anything. Please help I am very scared.P

I m suffering from running nose and cold and i took sinarest and centrizine together..will it cause any problem later? Or is it safe?

I feel ringing sound in my ears and also feel dizines most of the time. When I got a Hearing test done the loss was around 25 dB at that time and suggested to go for Hearing aids . Is there any solution other than hearing aids? Please suggest. Thankyou.

One side if my nose is always blocked. Usually the right side, ocassionally on the left. My ENT suggested a ct scan, the report said I have inferior turbine hypertrophy and a deviated septum towards right. Afterwards I was given decongestants and saline spray to be taken for 3 months. I wanted to know if there is a natural way to keep the nose unblocked. What changes are required in lifestyle to keep this in check.
