Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have by mistake given Otrivin oxy nasal spray to my 3 and half yr old boy... I have given it once... Plz let me know the what can be give to rectify this

Peanut size lump in right side of throat, With nor groth, Small in size, No weight loss, same in size from so many years, feel when touch,

I have a bad throat (no cold or cough) and a husky voice since almost a month now. It started with a little bit of cold but that has settled and my voice is still the same. Now it’s causing difficulty in speaking also.

I have been sick for about 2 years now.It all started with me having vertigo. I had it so bad I had to take therapy and now I’m over that but I was home one day trying to do the vertigo exercises and let my head dropped back and I haven’t been the same since . I have issue related to Nasal Bone,bone getting bigger,non stop sneezing,running nose,a bit pain in bone of nose.Nose taking ugly shape day by day.

She is 25 year old female. Has Sinus problem and suffering from some hormonal imbalance from two months. Homeopathic treatment is gng on. From past two weeks she is having acute pain teeth nerves, feeling ears r blocked with some pressure, neck pain, head pain, feel like  face muscles have  become tight.
