Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son, 19 years had a nose bleed (few drops) ten days back and again got it second time. so doctor said to take CT Scan (CT PNS Axial coronal and sagittal). we were told that the right side bone in the nose is not straight and its a curve like shape. i.e y when any allergy is affected the nose bleeds. Also the adenal glands are still visible

I got cold usually monteck lc works for it...How many days shd i take this?? is this antibiotic if so I shd have complete course na so just need a clarification per day 2 tablets how many days shd i take....

I am having issue snoring.Its causing disturbance to my family.Sometimes i too get up disturbed from it and nose gets blocked kind a feel.

My ear has been blocked for the past 3 days and i cant really figure out what the problem is, but i feel like my ear drum got disloacted or something. i dont feel any pain but it does hurt when i try pushing it inside or or blowing through my nose. i can still hear though but not very well. one thing i do know that it cant be an infection or perforated.

Sir/madam I saw a small white colour worm, outside my 8 months old son's ear. Want to know, could a small worm get in brain through ear, could it damage ear drum, what happened if ear drum damaged. Is it possible to hear with damaged ear drum?

I am 23yrs old and I have a swelling behind my right ear for 2yrs I think.i have irritation sometime like itching,pain,but these irritation will not last so much time.It only last 5to10 seconds.I consulted a ENT doctor,he told me nothing to worry it's a systematic swelling.If the swelling increases then I have to consult again and he gave me 2 tablets .One is for swelling and one is for irritation.Now I feel that the swelling is not increasing it's still the same.but irritation​ is still there.

I'm suffering from Seasonal cough and infection in my throat since last week. I also took "Rex" Syrup initially as advised by a pharmacist but it didn't help but the problem got worse. Please advise me with proper medication....Thanks
