Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have running nose for past 3 days, now im feeling nasal block one side, and running nose on another side

I have a red pimples type swelling on my nose next to a mole and pain in that since three days is it normal as acne type pimple or it is there any serious.

I have cough and my throat is paining and I feel like something is stuck inside my throat, so can't raise my voice.I had tonsils and took treatment that worked but throat still hurts.

Its been 24 hours now that there is a clot i can feel just behind my ear and its paining when i touch it and just above 3 inches there is a pimple like thing on my scalp which is very painful What to do ?

I've had cold and cough for 3 days now. Cold has almost gone but coughing is there with constant wheezing sound and vibrations in chest, I am a little breathless too and have difficulty sleeping. I've had bronchitis before and feel exactly the same. What medicine should I take ?
