Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear helix is damaged due to fungus is there any cream or remedy that i can have my normal ear helix back?

I have a pain in throat or foodpipe while swallowing food.. otherwise there is no pain.. there is no pain when i swallow water or soft properly chewed food.. im facing this problem from last 2 weeks.. the pain is slight..

I had a earwax blockage and doctor removed the earwax from impacted ear. Doctor said the other ear also have more wax and it's better to remove that also.so please suggest if it's fine to have removal for other ear also for which I don't have any blockage or pain? And after how many days the wax will form again in the ears after the removal.and what precaution need to be taken after earwax removal.

I am experiencing mild pain in throat and feel something while swallowing sometimes.also have earache and red spot in one side of mouth. One month before blood comes from mouth and nose. Check with doctor,he said allergy,gave medicine and now blood stops. However these symptoms develops. I am having pain in abdomen, check with doctor,my usg abdomen and kidney test was normal.

I am a classical singer and always can practice as long as I want. One day a muscle twist happened while practicing and I discovered two painful lumps near mt neck area. I am taking Septum antibiotic from past 5 days and thought the lumps became smaller my voice is not improving , its husky and during singing I am feeling very minor pain sensation .
