Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My kid is suffering from enlarged adenoid and tonsils.As I am staying outside India, not able to come physically,so need suggestion if any urgent sugery is required to remove the adenoid and tonsil.

My uvula seem to be elongated from past, is it because of smoking? What should I do to make it normal?

My left clogged 1 month before with watery liquid. Now it's dry but I have lost 60 to 70% hearing capability.

I am curious about my seance of smell and taste and what could be the reason for. I barely have a sense of smell or as I say none. I can't tell what a smell is like I can't tell if something smells good or bad. I can smell mint if it is really strong like a mint/peperment oil near my nose. I have a sense of taste I can tell if I like the flavor or not but I cant distinguish a flavor really. My nose is bleeding for the last 17 hours.... Is it something serious? Or is it due to over heat. It has never happened before.it happened for the 1st time and that too all of a sudden...

Recently i got cleared my wax in both the ears,but doctor prescribed to use Myclin o ear drops for two more days after cleaning wax,but i did not use it for next two days.Now after 10 days,m getting pain in left ear,Now even if i use Myclin o,pain did not get reduced.Is it dangerous?

Unable breath with nose . My sun aged 15 months suffering with from 4 days. Met doctor and medicine used.Fever reduced but not able to breath with nose and cryibg during sleep.We could not able to melt the waste in nose with Nasoclear or with nuboliser. Please advise urgently.

I went to my doctor because I knew I had an infection in my throat. Turned out to be streap throat so I they gave me antibiotics. I've been on them for 5 days but yesturday on the roof of my mouth white puss sockets appeared and this morning a puss socket on the gum of my front.
